Jay is
originally from Paragould, AR. While growing up and during
his college years at the University of Arkansas, he spent
numerous summers here in Hot Springs. After graduating with
a degree in History in 1991, he spent over a decade in Los
Angeles working in various fields of the entertainment
industry encompassing acting, modeling, film and commercial
production and catering. For years his uncle, Chris
Polychron, tried to convince him to move to Hot Springs and
work with him at McAdams Realty. Finally the timing was
right and, in August 2004, he accepted the offer.
Making a
complete career and location change was and still is a
challenge. However, having two of the best REALTOR’S in the
state, Jim McAdams and Chris Polychron, as mentors along
with the rest of the vastly experienced McAdams Realty team,
has made the transition and learning process as easy as
anyone could hope for or expect. |
