Frederick R. Dale was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and attended Grade School and High School at Hot Springs. He served four years in the U.S. Navy Air during the Korean War conflict. He attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a B.S.B.A degree. Fred then organized the Hot Springs Savings in 1961 with $225,000 and was President and Chief Executive Officer until sold with assets of $89,000,000. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Savings in Ada, Oklahoma. After 33 years of banking, he returned to Hot Springs and entered the Real Estate business. He has produced a $1,000,000+ business in the past few years. He owns a resident home that is located on Lake Hamilton, allowing the use of a pontoon boat to show lake listings.
