Chris Polychron

Chris Polychron has been a
licensed Real Estate Broker since 1988. He is an Executive
Broker and Vice-President of McAdams Realty in Hot Springs,
Arkansas. Chris graduated from the University of Arkansas
with a B.S.B.A. in marketing, and holds both the GRI and CRS
designations.
At the state level, Chris
is the 2003 President of the Arkansas Realtors Association.
He is the past Chairman of ARPAC, Education, Legislation,
and Convention Committees.
Locally Chris is a member
of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors and has held virtually
every appointive and elective leadership positions.
Besides being a Lifetime
Multi Million Dollar Club member he was also selected as the
1996 "Arkansas Realtor of the Year."
Chris has held numerous
leadership positions in the community including:
- Past Chairman of the
Advertising & Promotion Commission
- Past Chairman of the Hot
Springs Downtown Development Foundation
- Former Alderman of the
Hot Springs Board of Directors
- Past Chairman of the
Garland county Industrial Development Commission
- Former member of the
YMCA Board of Directors
- Current President of the
Greek Orthodox Church, Hot Springs
Chris and his wife, Janis,
are the parents of two girls, Nikki and Natali, and have two
grandchildren.
